The company Ocasa (hereinafter called, and jointly referred to, as: “us”, registered at Avenue de lHippodrome 149, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium, with VAT registration number BE0568594796, operates the website: www.ocasa.co. These general terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts and business relationships between us and users. We reserve the right to change these terms of use without notification. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that your use of this website is at your sole risk and that this site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this site.
Your use of this website is governed by these terms and conditions. Please review these terms and conditions. Your use of the ocasa.co website constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not use the ocasa.co website.
User Warranties
In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing accurate, true and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.
Payment and Price
You can pay with Euros (€) in our webshop.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact and IDEAL payments. We do not charge credit card fees.
All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. The transaction of credit card data is encrypted. We do not store any credit card data.
All prices shown on products include 21% Belgian VAT. If your delivery address is within European Union (EU), you will pay the price incl. 21% VAT.
Shipping costs will be added to your order.
Security
Ocasa.co uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all payment steps where personal information is required. SSL allows our server to automatically establish a secure connection with your web browser. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, and then decoded when it gets to us.
We also take several steps to protect user information offline. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you use our website for shopping: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
Protecting your privacy is important to us. We strive to keep your personal information confidential. We will never sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance.
We only registrate and pass on personal data necessary for delivering the products to you. We only disclosure your information with partners such as freight companies.
You have the right to, upon request, be informed which information we have registered of you and take exception to a registration according to the personal data protection act. If the information is wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.
Deliveries
We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Brussels, Belgium within 1-3 business days. All orders are subject to availability. When your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation.
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, you may not make any changes to your order. If you wish to make changes to your placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.
All orders are shipped by Bpost or by DPD depending on availability in the country shipped to. Your package is fully tracked until it arrives at its destination. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or rejected items.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You have the right to return your ordered products within 30 days of receiving the product, given that the product is unused and in its original condition. In case of return, you will pay for the return shipping, and we will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge (upon availability) or refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost. Please provide us with documentation for your expenses.
Notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order, that you want to return something. Please Contact us on e-mail: info@ocasa.co. You should then download and fill out the return form and send it along with your items and the original packaging back to us within 10 days after sending us the email. See the Returns section for the complete procedure.
You cannot use your right of cancellation by refusing to accept the goods at delivery, or by omitting to collect it, without at the same time letting us know that you wish to return.
You will receive your refund within 14 days after we receive the item. The refund will be paid back to the credit card used to pay for the order.
The items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent (any further) damage to the product. And please keep receipts and tracking codes as a proof of sending the items back.
Please note that returns are accepted on all items except sale items.
Transport Damages
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.
Uncollected Deliveries
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or rejected items.
Quality Claims
If you need to make a claim regarding your Ocasa product purchased at ocasa.co due to a flaw in its quality, please contact us at info@ocasa.co. We will evaluate the defect and try to help you. Claim rights do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage. To verify that the product was bought at ocasa.co we ask you to always present the original purchase receipt or the web order number in case of a claim. If you contact us by email, please explain the reason for your claim and send along high quality images of the defect plus your web order number or a scan or photo of your receipt.
If we approve your claim, you can either have a new product sent (upon availability), or return the product for a refund. This will be decided from case to case.
If you send back damaged or faulty items please fill out the return form that you can find in the Returns section. Send it along with the items you wish to return.
If your claim is valid we will of course cover your shipping expenses for returning the item to us. Please provide us with documentation for your expenses.

We follow Belgian consumer laws in claim cases.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by Belgian law. Ocasa may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission allows consumers to resolve online disputes on one of its platforms, in accordance with Art. 14 para. 1 of the RLL. The platform acts as a site where consumers can try to settle out of court disputes arising from purchases of goods or services online.
